N24 - Smart Parking's claim isn't properly pleaded,

An update: I have a N24 through the post today. I understand this to mean that the judge has looked at the paperwork before the case has even reached a hearing and decided that Smart Parking's claim isn't properly pleaded, and they they have now have until 24 July to plead their case more. Have I understood correctly that no action is required by me?

But do chase up the court after the deadline to confirm that the claim is struck out, and get that in writing. @Le_Kirk needs the final order or court email confirming the claim is dead, for his judgments thread, and you need the certainty.
