please help, how do i respond to this

so basically in september 2020 i recieved a parking fine notice, admittedly i did not respond. That paticular day in question i had returned to my car after having a missed call from my sister whilst at the tills  in a shop. I called her back and due to the nature of the call i was delayed leaving the carpark (our dad had just been told he was riddled with cancer and was given a year to live) that year turned out to be just 8 weeks and we sadly lost him so as you can imagine this parking fine was the last thing on my mind back then.
I have tried working out how to respond looking at other threads but the more i look the more i am confusing my neorodiverse self. Could somebody please guide me through in a simple way for me to process, understand and respond.
TIA

With an issue date of 22/10/25 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 27/10/25 and before 10/11/25 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 24/11/25
You have left your personal details on show, so I have reported the post for deletion.  You can then redact the N1SDT claim form and post it again.  Meantime just look at the template defence and come up with your words for paragraph #3 to refute the "insufficient paid time" claim.

Please stop calling this a "fine" it is no more than a speculative invoice.
