Parking Ticket while at work on site

I recently received a parking ticket from Civil Enforcement for going over 90 mins for a KFC carpark. I was actually working on site at KFC for the duration of this time and have time stamps for the job to confirm this. I have received this fine from work as I was using a company van and had to appeal as they would of deducted it from my pay. I appealed well over a month ago and not heard anything back. I have checked the site and it still says £60 which is the reduced rate but it's still on there. I can't see anyway of contacting them to see if the appeal was successful or not.

It won't be successful. But that doesn't matter.

But there is a chance they have not accepted that you were the driver and transferred liability - were you clear when you appealed?

Ultimately Civile Enforcement tickets end up with DCB Legal, who make a court claim and then discontinue if a defence is filed.

Send a complaint to CEL saying you received no reply to your appeal and will report them to the BPA.
