T212 - missing broadband refund

Hello,
I have recently cancelled my Now Broadband and switched to a new provider. My final monthly payment was paid by T212 spending /debit card.
The refund was made on 19/10/25 but I still have not received it. Does anyone know if it is possible for companies to refund successfully to the T212 card?

Before worrying - I'd just fire an email to Now Broadband pointing out you've yet to receive your refund and see what they say.
They may say that once refunds are agreed, they can take up to 10 working days or something like that. If they are adamant it has been paid, they could provide payments details that will support you taking it up with the bank.
To be honest, I've had many occasions where refunds take a very long time to be processed (2 weeks is not that uncommon). It's obviously frustrating when it never takes companies 2 weeks to take the money!Know what you don't1 -
I agree with Exodi. Refunds are often not processed by the person who agrees them (or pushes the button for them), it often then gets queued (sometimes in a very long queue) and actioned by a specific person or department. If you contact them, they should be able to tell you the stage it's at.

If Now say it has been paid you need to ask them for the ARN acquirer reference number, date & time of it being made. Then pass that with the amount to T212 to find it on the Mastercard system.
