1 GENERAL TERMS

1.1 By entering the Prize Draw, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, this set of terms and conditions shall override any general prize draw terms and conditions on our website.

1.2 Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and a UK resident to enter the Prize Draw.

1.3 The online prize draw "Win a dream trip to the Olympics in Milan" (the 'Prize Draw') is offered by the British Olympic Association, (‘the Company') whose registered address is: 101 New Cavendish St, London W1W 6XH. The prize will be provided by the Company.

1.4 Only one entry per person is permitted and subsequent or multiple entries shall not be valid. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The winner shall be the named respondent on the randomly selected winning submission. Prize Draw entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk will not be accepted. The winner is not permitted to transfer or resell any or all components of the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner is also agreeing to MC26 ticketing terms and conditions, which can be found here: https://tickets.milanocortina2026.org/en/help/terms/.

1.5 Prize Draw Period: Entries for the contest will be accepted until the time outlined on our prize draw page.

1.6 The purpose of the Prize Draw is to select a person that will win a trip for two to Milan from Sunday 8 February 2026 to Wednesday 11 February 2026. The prize includes: i) a reservation in a hotel for three nights in a double or twin room (such hotel to be chosen by the Company in its sole discretion) on a half board basis; ii) two tickets to a live Olympic figure skating event as chosen by the Company; iii) return economy flights from a UK international airport to a Milan international airport (both to be chosen by the Company), including hand luggage and one overhead cabin bag per passenger; iv) £500 spending money to be spent on holiday expenses, payable via BACS to a UK bank account only. Winner and guest must have a full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel and issued less than 10 years before your departure date. Travel insurance and any necessary visas are the responsibility of the winner and guest. All tickets will be delivered digitally. Dates are non-transferrable. There is no cash alternative.

1.7 The Company and any third parties involved with the delivery of the prize reserve the right to apply alterations to the prize details where necessary. Figure skating tickets and accommodation of the trip will be provided by On Location, the IOC’s exclusive global hospitality provider for Milano Cortina 2026.

1.8 The Company and any third parties involved with the delivery of the prize accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not expressly included in clause 1.6 above. For the avoidance of doubt, no other costs incurred by travelling will be covered, including if the winner fails to travel on their allocated outbound or return flight, or if the winner fails to attend their allocated figure skating event.

1.9 To enter the prize draw: no purchase is necessary; however, internet access and access to https://www.teamgb.com/prize-competitions/win-milan-olympics-trip/42rdMlUaqXE1Hn143IGXUw or https://www.teamgb.com/prize-competitions/win-a-dream-trip-to-milan/6gnhBlya1av8kY2Z258SXD (the ‘Site’) are required.

1.10 The prize winner will be chosen at random and contacted by a representative from the Company via the email address/telephone number provided on entry within 48 hours of the prize draw closing date, which will be listed on our prize draw page.

1.11 In order to receive the prize, the winner must respond within 48 hours of initial contact.

1.12 If the prize winner fails to respond within 48 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative prize winner(s) will be contacted.

1.13 Proof of submission shall not be proof of receipt. Entries that are incomplete, incorrectly filled in, illegal, illegible, in the incorrect format or fraudulent or those not received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid and not accepted. The Company does not accept any responsibility for technical failures which prevent an entrant from submitting an entry and no responsibility will be accepted by the Company for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.

1.14 The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

1.15 The Company reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the prize draw rules or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.

1.16 The Company accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.

1.17 The Company further disclaims any liability for any injury or damage to the individuals associated with this prize save for where (i) death or personal injury is caused by negligence; (ii) such liability arises from fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) for any other reason or by any cause which cannot be excluded by law.

1.18 The Company will not take any responsibility for an individual’s behaviour and any consequences associated with an individual’s actions during the period of the prize.

1.19 The Company shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this prize where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, cancellation or postponement of the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, the COVID-19 pandemic or connected events, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, industrial dispute, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

1.20 By entering this Prize Draw, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in to receive information and offers from the Company. If you do opt-in to such communications, you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time.

1.21 By entering the Prize Draw, the prize winner gives consent for their name, contact number and address to be passed to any necessary third-party providers (including but not limited to On Location) for delivery of the prize. Save for the exception above and unless you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications from the Company, your personal data will not be passed to any third party unless required to do so by law or an appropriate regulatory authority.

1.22 By entering the Prize Draw, entrants are sending their personal information to the Company who will at all times process an entrant’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

1.23 The Company’s decision is final in every situation and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

1.24 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Company may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.

1.25 The Company reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

1.26 These Terms and Conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1.27 The Company will assume (and by entering the Prize Draw the Entrant will warrant that) that any Entrant shall have legal capacity to enter into the agreement set out in these Terms and Conditions (i.e. that each Entrant is of sufficient age and mental capacity and are otherwise entitled to be legally bound in contract).
