I'm a little overwhelmed from reading the newbies post and other help here, finding it hard to know where to start and what is good or bad advice.
I received a letter on 20th October, dated 13th October, about parking without a validated ticket on 25th September at Tesco, Hove. I had no idea they had re-introduced ticketed parking there, it's been free to park for around 5 years. The signage is awful, and there are many places in the car park where you can walk from your car to the store and back without seeing any at all!
From reading here, it seems they contacted me too late (over 14 days between the 'offence' and the letter being sent), so I think I can get it cancelled based on that, let alone the poor signage.
I've been into the store and spoken to customer services and using my Clubcard they printed out the receipt from that day that shows I spent over the £5 required and told me to contact Horizon and they 'should' cancel the charge.
Should I do as they suggest, whilst not providing the name of the driver? If not, is the next step to just wait and see what happens, or should I do something else?
Thanks in advance

Plan A is always a complaint in writing to the landowner or landholder, the latter being the store manager and/or the CEO of the supermarket.
If Plan A fails, then the keeper should appeal to Horizon using the template from the NEWBIES, making sure they don't miss the appeal deadline. Add a one liner that the NTK is non-PoFA compliant and therefore incapable of holding the keeper liable. Suggest they therefore cancel the charge to save them time, money, and the embarrassment of losing at PoPLA.
If an initial appeal is rejected, then appeal to PoPLA using all points available to you from the NEWBIEs including no keeper liability as your point 1, or, if you wish, a single point appeal about the NTK arriving too later for keeper liability to apply.
All communication should be from the keeper without identifying the driver.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

You've done well with your redacting but missed a bit on your 2nd image see the How to Pay (black band).0

If they don't know who the driver is with that date line they cannot hold the keeper liable, I wouldn't rely on the over £5 argument and you might dob yourself in if not careful.0
