PCN Discontinuation Notice Received - Court Case Still Active

Hi All
Firstly, I'm a long time lurker and very grateful for the solid advice on here, which has helped guide me in this journey.
On December 23rd, straight from my Mother's funeral, my family & friends went to a local public house to toast my late Mother. It was absolutely tipping it down that day, very dark and kind of summed up the mood. We all came in multiple cars and I was driven there by a family member in my car as I was too distressed to be driving. As I am disabled and a blue badge holder, he parked in the disabled bay. We all went into the pub in a large group and registered our cars.
In early January I received a PCN from Britannia Parking, as did my sister in law for her car. Others in the group who parked there did not. We both phoned the pub and were told they would sort it. My sister in law then heard nothing further and appears to be ok.
Fast forward to March and I receive a final reminder from DCBL - Direct Collect Balliffs Ltd for £170 and then shortly after a final notice letter from DCBL.
I sent a letter to DCBL at their registered office and heard nothing back and mistakenly thought that would be the end.

In June, a small claim was issued and I immediately sent in my defence
On 2nd September the stay of claim was lifted
I completed the Directions Questionnaire but never returned it, because, as a last attempt to resolve this, I reached out to Green King pubs who own the public house. After hearing the details, circumstances and evidence, they advised that they would ask Britannia Parking to cancel the charge.
Later in September, DCBL reached out by email advising that their Client was agreeable to discontinuing their claim on the basis that both parties bear their own costs. I emailed back and confirmed. I then received a Notice of Discontinuation.
However, here we are on 29th October and I've just received a letter from the court giving me 7 more days to file the Directions Questionnaire, which I had not done due to the Notice of Discontinuation.
I have now emailed the court and included the Notice of Discontinuation, which after the year I've had sorting my Mother's affairs has been a huge relief.
DCB have also been phoning me repeatedly in the last 2 weeks, (I assume they took my phone number from the defence form because I have never provided this directly to them?). However, as I am working, I have been unable to answer and when I do call back I can't get to speak to anyone.
So given all the above and that I have a Notice of Discontinuation, can someone advise whether the court will accept this or whether this will continue to be an issue for me.
Appreciate any advice that can be given.
