Royal Mint - Unable to Login

Just wondering if anybody else is having problems logging in to the Royal Mint website today?
The login/account icon (for want of a better word) has disappeared from my home screen and if I navigate to the login page directly from google it tells me that my account was not found.  Also I've tried this from two different broswers and on Chrome, Edge and DuckDuckGo.  I've also run an anti-virus scan

I've contacted customer services, checked that there hasn't been any suspicious activity and sent them some screenshots and am awaiting a reply from their web team.  But I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced anything similar?
