Gatwick Drop-Off Charge - cant appeal because PC reference not recognised

Hi
Sorry if it was discussed and I missed this somewhere.
I am trying to appeal the Gatwick Drop Off Charge and normally I would go to the NCP website and complete the online form. However, when I enter the PCR in the appeal form they say it cannot be found?
Becasue of that I now missed the timeslot to appeal and got my first debt recovery letter from Trace. Maybe I appeal to the debt recovery agency now?

You cannot appeal to the debt collectors, so ignore the powerless debt collectors, post 3 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad, 4th from the top0
