Gatwick Drop-Off Charge - cant appeal because PC reference not recognised

Hi
Sorry if it was discussed and I missed this somewhere.
I am trying to appeal the Gatwick Drop Off Charge and normally I would go to the NCP website and complete the online form. However, when I enter the PCR in the appeal form they say it cannot be found?
Becasue of that I now missed the timeslot to appeal and got my first debt recovery letter from Trace. Maybe I appeal to the debt recovery agency now?

You cannot appeal to the debt collectors, so ignore the powerless debt collectors, post 3 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad, 4th from the top1

Are you sure you went to the right NCP webpage (because IIRC they have more than one, for different PCN types). Did you go to the page on the back of the PCN?dima_p said:Hi

If yes, why haven't you just emailed a complaint about it to NCP and threatened to report them to the BPA? That'll work,PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
