Joint Bank Account

I have a current account in my name but wish my wife to have her name on it also, but she is housebound due to mobilityand dizzieness problems, I have already spokenm to the baank and they said that she will have to go to the bank but she cant go,  how do I go about this .

    If she is likely to be permanently housebound it may be worth looking into getting Power of Attorney for her so that you can act on her behalf.

    We have a Starling joint account, it's very easy to setup online and link the two sole ones
