I found it. Can only customise under the Summary tab, not the Everyday tab that my app seems to open to by default.wiseonesomeofthetime said:
No such feature appears in my Lloyds app and I am on the latest version!jameseonline said:All seems to be live on Android now with latest app updates, love how they made a point that you can reorder/hide accounts, it's almost like they expected complaints about seeing upto 3 sets of accounts in 1 app 😏🤔🙃, I CBA to hide or reorder at the moment but yeah, also the Lloyds banking group are going to close various savings accounts if mine next year automatically because of non use so all is well🤣0 -
Is there any way we can opt out of this, so not have halifax show on lloyds and vice versa as someone else has access and I don't want them seeing my other account?0

How has someone else got access?
Hopefully not by sharing login details, as that would be against T's&C's...1 -
In what way has someone else got access? If you hold a joint account with one of the banks but have a sole account with the other, the second person won't be able to see your sole account.maladaptivedreaming said:Is there any way we can opt out of this, so not have halifax show on lloyds and vice versa as someone else has access and I don't want them seeing my other account?0 -
Joint account? The other party will only see accounts you hold jointly, not the accounts that are in your name only.maladaptivedreaming said:Is there any way we can opt out of this, so not have halifax show on lloyds and vice versa as someone else has access and I don't want them seeing my other account?
Unless you've shared login details or use the same userid/password for all your accounts?0 -
Not automatically sadly - at least not yet.maladaptivedreaming said:Is there any way we can opt out of this, so not have halifax show on lloyds and vice versa as someone else has access and I don't want them seeing my other account?
But if you ask the AI chatbot about co-servicing you will get a messageIf displaying your Halifax and Bank of Scotland accounts might affect who can see certain accounts or impact your financial independence, we're here to support you.with an offer to put you though to discuss your concerns with someone

Am I missing something here?
As far as I can tell, unless login details have been shared, or something equally silly, only the account holder can see their accounts.
I can see my sole accounts and our joint account.
MrsB can see her accounts and our joint account.
Neither of us can see the others sole accounts.0 -
I can imagine a scenario where a bank account with (say) Halifax may not be known to a second party even when the first party shares all details of their sole bank account with (say) Lloyd's.Barkin said:---x---

"Co-servicing" would reveal the presence of a hitherto "secret" account. Don't want to get into the rights/wrongs/maybes of this type of relationship but it should be right that an individual can continue to have an account that is not visible on a hitherto irrelevant app/site.1 -
OK, I was looking from a technical viewpoint, but I get that 👍0
