All standard stuff as per the 8-steps in the template defence.  You will receive a DQ from CNBC but, if you keep checking your status page on MCOL, you can see when your DQ has been sent and then you can download one via GOV.UK, fill it in and send it by email.

Please please please - how can we stop everyone showing us that template reply?

I think I'm going to have to quote it in the 8 steps and scream 'please don't post this'!

OP: search the forum for it. You'll see why I'm about to fall over if ever I see it posted again!

...sorry...Groundhog Day has got to me...

I have got helpful advice on here and I don't want to take the advice then just disappear so I am giving a bit of a running commentary.

I have seen plenty of other threads in train fines, legal advice boards etc and I always think it is a bit ungrateful for someone to go quiet once they're ok.

Am I better to just disappear once I have what I need, or would those who have helped me so much be keen to hear how I get on?

Do post important updates,  and the conclusion,  we are keen to see how you get on

But the mundane things like those template replies are not required or wanted or needed

I hope that you realise that we dont read boring template responses,  which happen on thousands of Claims

All you needed to do is say that you received the same template response as everyone else, you filed it away and are continuing to follow the 8 steps
