Euro Parking Collection collecting a fine from Hungary

Went through Hungary this summer. We just transited the country at 5am. A month later we get a fine in the post. We have not paid the toll for the road they say. We had paid it but they changed a 1 to an i in the reg number. I sent them the answer.
They send me a second fine and this time "well you paid 1hr after entering the highway anyway" which is just silly.
Do I need to pay it? Will I get baillifs at the door?
