Pre legal notice from ZZPS

August last year I received a PCN from Smart Parking and a couple of weeks ago I have now received a letter of pre legal notice saying if I don't pay the fine my case will be handed to a litigator who will proceed with legal action? Can anyone please advise me on what I should do? I have seen a lot of people saying to go to the newbie thread but I can't seem to locate this.

Top of this forum about 4 down from the top,  in the 7 announcements

    IGNORE ZZPS

Its not a fine,  its about an outstanding historical unpaid Invoice from Smart Parking

Come back to this thread if or when DCB Legal send you a Letter of Claim in the post

Thank you. Where can I find what to do if that letter does arrive so I can be prepared?

In that newbies sticky thread in announcements,  4th from the top,  study post 5 and then post 2

Its called the NEWBIES thread for good reason,  because all newbies should read it,  study it, refer back to it etc
