Manchester Airport Dropoff

Hi really not sure what has happened here, I've just received a PCN from APCOA for a drop off I did on the 11th of October. Thing is, I paid this charge on the 11th and have a banking record to prove it.
I've appealed it as the keeper and noted that the charge was paid on the 11th. I have not specified who was driving at the time. Should I be worried about this considering I actually paid the charge?
Kind regards,
Rhyobit.

You have nothing to worry about. The keeper cannot be held liable on non-relevant land where bylaws apply, so as long as the keeper never reveals the driver's identity there won't be a problem.
If your appeal is rejected and you decide to make a second stage appeal, you should win at PoPLA.
As far as I am aware, APCOA are benign and have never taken anyone to court. I doubt they would risk it for a non-PoFA compliant NTK where proof of payment was made.
Plan A is still always a complaint to the landowner and the keeper's MP, and if the keeper's details were unlawfully obtained, then complaints to the DVLA should also be made for unlawfully releasing the keeper's personal data.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

As above
Meanwhile, study all the other recent cases over the last 6 months on here, plenty of information about keeper appeals and popla appeals etc
Nothing to worry about as long as the driver is not identified2 -
if they decline it then do a popla appeal based on no keeper liability
next time use the standard airport appeal text on first appeal which always wins2
