Morrisons Freezers broken

Our local Morrisons has a problem with it's freezers - they are ALL down - so NO frozen food available....
No idea what could cause a problem with ALL freezers - I guess supply related - but it's extremely annoying !
On top of this - a lack of cooked meat - unless you want HAM - There's no alternative.
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

I'm not surprised. In ours, there are often a full bank of freezers not working. Or a load of water leaking out. Some don't have working doors (so they all stay open when idiot people don't bother to close them). There are a few in the fridge section that don't even have doors because they have come off and not been replaced0

Lack of infrastructure investment?0

I find it handy to have a tin of Spam in the cupboard incase of such a eventuality.0

They left out a couple of "tins" of Celebrations so people could have a tiny Mars bar in compensation.
Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0 -
Cold / frozen cabinets are no longer individual units in the majority of supermarkets. The whole shop is split into banks that are run from an outside plant supplying the refrigerant to the cabinets and recovering the heat for hot water and heating. If one of the plant units breaks down it can take out a large chunk of cabinets. Same happened in my local Lidl a few weeks back and the staff were chucking the whole lot into the skip whilst a hired fridge trailer was parked outside.1
