Confused.com blocking my rewards.

I have had to renew four insurance policies in the space of a month (two home and two car ) for myself and mother-in-law. all through confused.com and I duly claimed rewards.
I received one and now have been blocked from receiving any and any access to existing ones that I have ( the Greggs free drinks ). Confused say there has been "unusal activity" and to get in touch.
So I've messaged them and await reply. Can't see that there's any limit on claims.
Probably trying to get out of handing over the Sainsbury's vouchers but I'll keep going until I get answers.
Has anyone else had issues like this?

Have you read the rewards T&C's?
Did you buy the MIL's policy through your confused account? If so, I suspect this may be the problem.0 -
Presumably, if the insurance is in mother-in-law’s name then the rewards should also be?have you checked their terms and conditions? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
No. I've purchased MIL insurance previously on her behalf with no issues. All done through Confused website. T&c don't mention any limits on claims. I suspect it's the number and closeness of the claims. I'm not going to give it up until I get an answer though. I'll post here when I have an answer. Thanks for replies.

The T&C's do mention limits - 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3.0
