Parking Charge Notice

Hi all,
I have received the following PCN for overstaying by 15 minutes in a local car park, I have read the newbie thread but finding most of the information daunting and confusing. The window has passed for the reduced fine and not I’m getting stressed as I don’t think 15 minutes warrants a £100 fine that I will struggle to afford! Can you please help me work out what my options are because I’m really struggling! Thank you in advance!

SIP parking, an IPC AOS member
Its not a fine, you wont find that word on any paperwork
Its a Parking Charge Notice, it says so on the top right, so it's an NTK PCN letter
There is no chance of a cancellation by SIP, so no point appealing , especially for insufficient payment to cover the time on site ( it's not an overstay, it tells you what the pcn is for ( it's underpayment for the time on site , insufficient fee paid )
Its either pay or ignore, we would tell you not to pay unless a judge says so, in court. There is no simple get out of jail free card to play, the facts are simple, but only a judge can decide if you have liability1
