• Competition ends at midnight on 15 Nov 2025.
• Entrants must be 18+ and a UK resident.
• Winner will be picked at random and has 24hrs to claim the prize before it is redrawn.
• The trail runs from Thu 20 Nov 2025 to Tue 30 Dec 2025 (closed 24 and 25 Nov and 1, 2, and 25 Dec).
• The winning entrant will be entitled to a complimentary family ticket, providing entry for 2x adults and 2x children over the age of 4 yrs to the outdoor trail for the weekend of the 21, 22 and 23 Nov 2025.
• A runner-up prize will also be available for a successful entrant, entitling them to 2x adult entry tickets to the trail on the opening night, 20 Nov, 2025.
• Once the winners have been decided, they will be contacted by the event organisers to arrange the booking.
• Tickets grant winners access to the outdoor trail only and do not include entry into the Glasshouses.
• Children under 4 years old and carers go free.
• The Competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18, except employees of Raymond Gubbay LTD/Sony Music, its agents, contractors and their family members.
• One entry is permitted per platform ie website and Instagram. To enter, you must be a subscriber of the Muddy Stilettos newsletter or follow Muddy Stilettos on Instagram. 
• The Prize Package is only valid for the Winter 2025 season of Christmas at the Botanics and is non-transferrable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable.
• The prize entitles the winner to attend the Winter 2025 season of Christmas at the Botanics, which will be arranged by Raymond Gubbay LTD/Sony Music after the winner has been selected and their outbound location and details have been confirmed. Anything beyond these will be the responsibility of the winner to pay during their visit.
• The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
• By submitting your Entry, you understand that you are entering the Competition and agree to these Competition rules (the “Rules”). Raymond Gubbay LTD/Sony Music/Muddy Stilettos reserves the right to exclude any Entry from the Competition at any time if they have a reason to believe that the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
