    the letter states the claimant needs to pay court fees by 4pm 21st aug 26 of £27.

    Then that is the deadline you are expecting to receive their N279 discontinuation document by email, so you are currently twiddling your thumbs for several weeks yet

    They'll bombard you with calls - ignore them - and will discontinue sooner rather than later. Show us the NoD when it gets emailed!
