Newcastle BS login issue

Is it just me, but every time I login to Newcastle BS, the first time I put in all the correct information, it immediately dumps me out with an error message suggesting that I've been logged out because I've been logged out for my own safety due to inactivity (can't remember the exact words). The next time I login it lets me in showing the last access time as moments before.
I'm using Firefox.
Anyone else get this?

Yes. I'm using Chrome, I don't think it matters what browser you use. The same was with Melton, but now they upgraded their system and it's fine. I've just logged into FirstSave and got the exact same thing. Interestingly their Userid's follow the exact same format, I'm guessing they are using the same dodgy software.Make £2026 in 2026

I've had that when, on the previous login (even if days before) I'd been timed out or closed the window.
