A general question about TSB

Hello,

There's every chance that this will be in the wrong place BUT does anyone know how I can email TSB?

The last option I found was now@ptsb.ie but the CC's/BCC's landed but not the original email sent to TSB.

PTSB is Permanent TSB, a bank in Ireland that has nothing to do with TSB in the UK. It was formed from the merger of the Irish Permanent building society and the Trustee Savings Bank in Ireland.

If you're a customer of TSB you can open a chat window with them in the app.

You can't normally email TSB, or any bank come to that, because it's not a secure enough method of communication for sending sensitive information.  They nearly always want you to use their online chat systems instead.
