They wouldn't be daft enough NOT to report it - the penalties for not reporting breaches can be greater than any sanction for the breach itself.

My account is one that was affected and also my daughters

I phoned them first thing Monday, they were 'looking into it , unsure what's happened'

Phoned as soon as lines opened yesterday , spoke to 'line manager'
Assured only a small number of users were affected and I would be contacted , I finally got an email at 5pm yesterday

Seems to me they want to keep.this as quiet as possible , still people on S.M unsure of what's happened , not very open and honest from them at all given it was a 'technical error" on their part

@Apollonia22 they will be under guidance from the ICO as to what they can tell people. Those who were affected have been informed and those who weren’t affected dont need to be informed.
