My account is one that was affected and also my daughters
I phoned them first thing Monday, they were 'looking into it , unsure what's happened'
Phoned as soon as lines opened yesterday , spoke to 'line manager'
Assured only a small number of users were affected and I would be contacted , I finally got an email at 5pm yesterday
Seems to me they want to keep.this as quiet as possible , still people on S.M unsure of what's happened , not very open and honest from them at all given it was a 'technical error" on their part

@Apollonia22 they will be under guidance from the ICO as to what they can tell people.
