Hi all,
New poster here. I just need a bit of advice as how to word para 3 that the sign, as there was only one was not very visible as I entered the area from the west and the sign was on the passenger side of the vehicle. In addition the secondary sign below had been turned to face the opposite way. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The way it works is
You post your proposed draft of paragraph 3 for us to study
We may reply with suggestions, improvements or removals
Rinse and repeat until you have an approved paragraph 3
We won't word it for the defendant, it's your own paragraph to assemble , the rest are already written for you
Study other recent defences on here, especially by the same claimant
Your defence should deal with the POC3 -
