Not that I'm a fan of polls like these, but a bit surprised you had left HMWO off..

I expect they will say "it comes under the other (comments) button choice at the end of the list"..

Reading your posts, suggests that you are new to investing.

I am all for simple investing using low cost Major World Index Trackers Funds or ETF's

Just pick one of them and over the long term you should do well.

Again, understand how these Global Trackers differ, decide which is suitable for you needs,
then choose the cheapest, from one of the large provider of these funds.

Why are you having a poll, and with a very ambiguous question at that? Anyone who decides what to invest in based on a random survey of keyboard experts is either brave or something else.

You got numerous helpful answers on the other thread you started yesterday, so you must have formed an opinion from that. What will you do if “others” wins the poll?

VEVE/HMWO (Inc) or VHVG/SWLD (Acc) all at between 0.12% and 0.15% because I don't want to invest in EM for several reasons including the China VIE structure.

Developed World might now be heavy on US but I have had some outperformance from avoiding EM and I'd rather get my diversification from other asset classes. I can live without owning EM it's excluded from my investment strategy.

My overall favourite is VEVE (for slightly less US in the FTSE vs MSCI index and because I like to see the growing dividends getting reinvested) which is good because it's my main holding and has been for many years although I am starting to trim it to tilt my portfolio into IL gilts as yields are now attractive again and I'm getting old and cautious enough to want to start locking in some retirement income.

I don't invest in it, but if I held a global ETF it would be ACWI. I don't see the point in IMID as the mid/small caps are such a small percentage, it would make more sense to add exposure as a satellite.
Before ACWI dropped its fees, it would have been FWRG. VWRP is looking rather expensive now.

VEVE or VHVG. You can add a market weight (about 10%) of VFEM or VFEG if you want Emerging Markets (or rubbish as they used to be called).
