Each Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package:  One (1) seven-night (7) all-inclusive holiday for two (2) adults (prize winner and travel companion must be 18 years of age or older) at a Sandals Saint Vincent and The Grenadines in a luxury lead-in category room, subject to availability and blackout dates PLUS Two (2) return economy class flights from London to Saint Vincent are also included.

The Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package Provider and Administrator of the Prize for Redemption Purposes only is: Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd. an affiliate of the worldwide representative for Sandals Resorts, located 2nd Floor, Nucleus House, 2 Lower Mortlake Rd, Richmond TW9 2JA.

The Competition is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Maximum of 5 entries per person per household.

There will be one (1) Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package Winner.

Each Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package will be issued in the form of a prize winner letter (“Prize Winner Letter”) providing redemption instructions/details.

The Prize Winner will be the lead passenger on the booking. The Prize Winner and their travel companion must travel on the same itinerary. The Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package is strictly non-transferable, no cash alternative is available, and the Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package cannot be redeemed for cash.

The resort accommodations are inclusive of all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily and nightly entertainment, an array of land and water sports activities including scuba diving for certified divers, snorkelling, Wi-Fi in all rooms, and public areas, resort gratuities, resort taxes and resort transfers to and from the resort’s designated airport.

The Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package excludes: domestic transfers including any internal flights or transportation to the departure airport, hotel stays other than the prize awarded as part of the Prize Promotion, spending money, telephone calls, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Sandals Resorts Specialty or Gift Shops. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize package description, including but not limited to, all ground transportation (outside of local airport transfers in the Caribbean), travel insurance, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, baggage fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees and taxes, Holiday insurance, Covid tests, Visas and ESTA’s are also not included and must be purchased before travel, if required.

All guests are required to provide evidence of comprehensive travel insurance. Unique Caribbean Holidays Limited and Sandals Resorts. will not provide comprehensive travel insurance.

The accommodation portion of the Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package must be booked and confirmed first, before any flights can be arranged. 

Employees and their immediate families of Unique Caribbean Holidays (UK) Ltd and their associated agencies or affiliated companies are not eligible to enter to win the Competition. 

The Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package cannot be taken during peak seasons and cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure. Blackout dates and restrictions apply. Sandals Resorts’ Blackout dates include but are not limited to: 24th November – 30th November 2025, 21st – 31stDecember 2025, 1st – 3rd January 2026, 13th – 21st February 2026, and 29th March – 20th April 2026.

Once Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package is booked and confirmed there will be an administration fee for any changes made to the reservation. This fee varies in accordance with the airline. 

The Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package must be redeemed before 7th November 2026.

The Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package is subject to UCHL and Sandals Resorts’ normal terms and conditions accessible here: https://www.sandals.co.uk/terms-conditions/. 

UCHL and Sandals Resorts reserve the right to relocate the Prize Winner from Sandals Sain Vincent and the Grenadines to an alternative Sandals Resort if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates booked due to any circumstance beyond their control. Sandals Resorts reserves the right to substitute the selected resort for another resort in the selected resort’s chain in a similar category based on availability of space for the secured travel dates, and to change dates without prior notice for any circumstance(s) beyond the selected resort’s control and if such circumstance(s) so require. The Terms and Conditions agreed to shall apply with equal applicability to any resort, which is the subject of substitution or deviation.  Neither Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd. nor Sandals Resorts shall be liable for any claim made whatsoever, including but not limited to loss, compensation, or refund by reason of such substitution or deviation.

Each Entrant agrees and as a condition of possibly being awarded the Prize to release and hold harmless the Prize Provider and its affiliated companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and insurers from and against any and all claims, causes of action and/or liability for any injuries, illness, death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the competition/giveaway or receipt or possession, use or misuse of the Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package or any element thereof.

Health and safety: Sandals Resorts reserves the right to implement or modify health protocols, policies and procedures at any time as needed, in keeping with public health guidance and applicable law.

Guests are responsible for checking the travel and entry protocols for the destination that they are travelling to before they depart and ensuring that they fully understand and comply with any such protocols. For example, some destinations may require all guests to be fully vaccinated and/or to obtain a negative PCR Covid-19 test a certain number of days pre-travel and post travel, to return to your original destination. Please visit the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (“FCDO”) website before travel and check the official Government website for the country you’re visiting for all pre and post travel protocols. Unique Caribbean Holidays Limited and Sandals Resorts International Ltd. shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred for any required test or any other pre-travel or post-travel requirements. 

Compliance With Government Entities: The Unique Group, and Sandals Resorts and/or any of its related entities shall have the right to comply with any and all orders, recommendations, or directions whatsoever given by any government entity or by persons purporting to act with such authority, and such compliance shall not be deemed a breach of any agreement or any agreement entitling the guests to assert any claim for liability, compensation or refund.

Any amendments and/or cancellations of the Sandals Saint Vincent Holiday Prize Package will be made in line with travel policies at the time the amendment and/or cancellation is made. If the Foreign Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) advises against travel to the destination that the Prize Winner is due to travel to, or if the destination closes its borders to commercial flights, or if flights are cancelled by the airline or if the entry protocols in the destination requires guests to quarantine in room, the trip may be cancelled by Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd. If a guest cancels their trip without a valid reason, Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd. reserves the right to charge the guest for any costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.  

THIS SECTION PROVIDES FOR THE EXCLUSIVE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL LEGAL ACTION AND SUPERSEDES ANY LAW ENTITLING GUEST TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER PRECLUDES GUEST FROM PARTICIPATING IN OR BEING REPRESENTED IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION REGARDING ANY CLAIM BROUGHT AS A RESULT OF ANY AGREEMENT TO AWARD THE PRIZE AND/OR AS A RESULT OF THE ACCEPTANCE AND/OR UTILIZATION OF THE PRIZE. EVEN IF APPLICABLE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE, GUEST AGREES THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LAWSUIT AGAINST ANY ENTITY UNDER THE UNIQUE GROUP AND/OR BEACHES RESORTS WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LITIGATED BY GUEST INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION, AND GUEST EXPRESSLY AGREES TO WAIVE AUTHORITY TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS ON A CLASS ACTION BASIS. IF GUEST’S CLAIM IS SUBJECT TO LEGAL PROCEEDING UNDER FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE ACCOMMODATIONS, AMENITIES, TRANSPORTATION AND OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS (available here: www.sandals.co.uk/terms-conditions/), THE GUEST FURTHER AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS MATERIAL AND ESSENTIAL TO THE PROCEEDING OF ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND IS NON-SEVERABLE FROM THE AGREEMENT TO ANY CLAIMS HEREIN. THE VALIDITY AND EFFECT OF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER MAY BE DETERMINED ONLY BY A JUDGE OR COURT OF LAW. GUEST AGREES THAT THIS SECTION SHALL NOT BE SEVERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FROM THE FORUM SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Guest agrees that the parties referenced in FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS that may be the subject of any claim by Guest can receive immediate judicial assistance to enforce this class action waiver.
