Hello.
I have started a money claim action against a garage that destroyed my car. I will have to go to court in February 2026. It stresses me out. I have all the evidence and want to make sure I upload it correctly. For example, if I have an independent mechanic's diagnostic, where should I upload that — to the Expert Evidence section or to the Hearing Documents? I also want to mention that I have already submitted our conversation on WhatsApp (Me and garage what destroyed my car) and the invoices I paid to the Hearing Documents.Should be okay?
