We’re giving away a 7-night catered chalet experience worth over £4,000 at Alpoholics in La Plagne, 🇫🇷 for you and 3 friends with celebrity chef Thom Bateman.

Runner up: Dining experience for 4 at Thom Bateman's restaurant ‘Après' (hotel included) worth £1,000+.

This giveaway is a collaboration between Alpoholics and Chef Thom Bateman. The promotion may be featured on our websites, social media channels, or in email newsletters. By entering, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation takes place once you have sent an email with the requested details, completed an entry form or performed the requested action, depending on the type of giveaway campaign. From that moment on, you have a chance to win.

2. Participants are aware of the fact that when they participate and they agree on that they can be contacted for marketing purposes through email, they will be added to the email list of Alpoholics & Thom Bateman.

3. Participants are required to provide accurate, current and complete information when participating.

4. Employees of Alpoholics or Thom Bateman, their family members, or anyone directly involved in the running of this promotion are not eligible to enter.

5. The duration of the giveaway promotion is: from Tuesday, October 14th to October 28th. During this period, participants who follow the promotion rules and regulations will stand a chance to win the grand prize of: 1x Chalet stay for 4 persons from January 10 till 17, 2025. 2nd place will receive 1x dining experience for 4 at restaurant Après (tasting menu & wine pairing worth £165 p.p..)

   The winner will be announced after the end of the giveaway promotion.

6. To participate, a participant must have a minimum age of 18 years. All other participants are excluded from participation. Only participants residing in Europe will have a chance to win the prize.

7. The drawing of the winner will be done randomly and in an impartial manner.

8. Thom Bateman will not be personally cooking for the winner during the prize stay.

9. Winners will be personally notified within 10 business days after the close of the giveaway promotion via email.

10. No correspondence will be entered into about the results.

11. Alpoholics & Thom Bateman may, at their sole discretion and without prior notice, change or modify these giveaway promotion conditions during the promotion period, or change or modify the giveaway promotion without giving any reason. In the event of any change, the prize may be substituted for one of equal value.

12. Winners will also be announced on the channel (website/newsletter/email/social media). 

13. If the winner has already booked an unrelated stay or experience for a different week with Alpoholics, this prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or used to modify their existing booking in any way. The giveaway prize is treated as an entirely separate booking and has no cash or credit value.

14. The personal data obtained in the context of the giveaway promotion will be used by Alpoholics & Thom Bateman for the giveaway promotion and will not be provided to third parties and will be destroyed afterwards. In case you opted-in for it by giving permission, Alpoholics & Thom Bateman are allowed to contact you for marketing purposes. The Ts and Cs above say "the grand prize of: 1x Chalet stay" so I would assume no flights, transfers, ski hire, ski pass etc., just the chalet accommodation and meals
