1. The Promoter: The promoter is Madame X Atelier.

2. Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Madame X Atelier, Luxury Lifestyle Magazine, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.

3. How to Enter: a. The competition opens on [Start Date] and closes at 23:59 on 14/11/2025 (“the Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted. b. To enter, follow the instructions provided in the Luxury Lifestyle Magazine feature. Only one entry per person and per household is permitted. c. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

4. The Prize: a. The prize is one (1) bespoke evening dress, designed and created by Madame X Atelier based on the style pictured (the “red dress” design), with the winner’s choice of colour. b. The prize includes: – One (1) initial online design consultation. – One (1) in-person measurement session at a pre-arranged office venue in London. – The creation of the bespoke dress. – One (1) final fitting session (online or in-person, at the Promoter’s discretion). c. The prize is valued at a maximum of £2,500. This value is based on materials and labour and is not transferable to a cash alternative. d. The following are explicitly excluded from the prize: – Travel, accommodation, and any other costs incurred in attending the in-person session(s) in London. – Any alterations or additions to the design requested by the winner that exceed the agreed £2,500 value. – Any items not explicitly stated in clause 4b.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: a. One winner will be chosen by a random draw supervised by an independent person, from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. b. The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 14 days of the Closing Date and must respond to confirm acceptance within 14 days of notification. c. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, they will forfeit the prize, and the Promoter will be entitled to select a replacement winner.

6. Prize Fulfilment and Winner Obligations: a. The winner must claim and complete the process of creating the dress within 12 months of being notified. b. Measurement and Consultation Process: The winner must actively participate in the process. This includes: – Attending all scheduled consultations and fittings (online or in-person) punctually. – Providing accurate and complete body measurements via the Promoter’s official measurement form, which must be signed and returned promptly. – Communicating clearly and in a timely manner regarding design choices, feedback, and approvals. c. Termination for Non-Participation: The Promoter reserves the right to deem the prize forfeited and withdraw the offer at any stage if the winner: – Fails to respond to communication attempts (emails, calls) within a reasonable period (e.g., 14 days). – Misses two or more scheduled appointments without prior agreement. – Fails to return the signed measurement form or provide necessary information required for the dressmaking process. – Is otherwise not actively or reasonably engaging in the collaborative process. d. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to schedule meetings at mutually agreeable times but is not responsible for the winner’s availability.

7. Data Protection and Publicity: a. Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and fulfilling the prize. By entering, the winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or Luxury Lifestyle Magazine, which may include the publication of their name, county, and photographs of the finished garment.

8. Limitation of Liability: The Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant or winner as a result of entering this competition or accepting the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. General: a. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. b. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the competition and these terms where it becomes necessary to do so. c. This competition is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
