Childs bank account debit card?

Daughter is 12 soon to be 13 in March as most children these days independence is on the agenda.
Would like to provide her with a debit card limited and visible to us both as parents. 
Seems to be 13 is the age when more options are available.
Any suggestions in the meantime to provide her with some sort of debit card option.
We are both Santander account holders. Im also a |Chase and Revolut account holder.

I'd recommend Starling's kite card linked to above, or Monzo as they are nice modern banks.

We used Nationwide for all 3 children from age 11 and they loved it. 
We also got Starling Kite for 2 of them when they were older but they both went back to using Nationwide until they could get the full Starling account at 16.

 We use HSBC who gave my son a debit card at 12. The account has a linked savings account
