Bought a 3 piece suite of two chairs and sofa 18th December 2024. By January 4th 2025 the sofa broke. Complained and asked for refund but they sent a Technician out to repair it who went on to order a new piece of material to cover the broken seat. This arrived the wrong colour and then the technician admitted the seat was broke and couldn’t be repaired. The shop arranged a replacement sofa to be delivered. Shortly after one of the chairs broke. Again a technician called and this time said he couldn’t repair it at all. He Ordered a new chair which the shop delivered and took the broken chair back to store. Now the new chair has broken but the shop is saying that I returned the new chair and it’s the same broken chair I had previously which is outrageous as the company delivery men took it away. The shop is saying there’s nothing can be done but they will return the other chair for £20 or I can pay £10 a week storage. I cannot believe what’s happening. This has been going on since January this year but it was today the owner got back to me basically calling me a liar. Where do I turn.

What do you mean by "broke"?
Are you saying that it's faulty in some way?
What exactly happened to it?

If the shop have the new chair, why not get that sent back to you, on the condition of a witnessed inspection on delivery?nannyjul said:Bought a 3 piece suite of two chairs and sofa 18th December 2024. It is very hard to understand how a sofa and two arm chairs could "break". What has actually happened? How has the furniture broken?0
