Non-EV car at EV charing spot - MFG Kingston

Hi All,

I got a Postal PCN from Euro Car Parks (ECP) for parking at the EV spot for 10 min 6 sec. I just finished the car wash and moved my car to the nearby lot so that someone can use the slot. I have followed the Newbie plan A, and MFG refuses to intervene. So I appealed to the ECP and now waiting for a reply - very likely to be rejected. 

I have read many posts and tried to find a similar situation. Any suggestion for the next step (or paying at the discount if there is no way to get away with it) would be great.

Just ignore it or if you want to try POPLA, go get photos this weekend, to prove there are no ECP contract signs in the EV bay. There won't be. That's the winning point.
