I have received a parking ticket for parking during restricted hours however in my defence the parking barrier was open and the signs that state such are beyond the cameras which monitor your entrance
Do I have a chance of appealing?

What is the location? Need to see images and the signs (contract) to determine.
Generally there is no appeals process as it's just an invoice and they'll never cancel it.UKPC usually pass unpaid tickets to DCB Legal in order to make a county court claim - except they simply discontinue once defended and have no intention of going all the way to an actual hearing.2 -

UKPC signs are generally known as rubbish, always have been yet the BPA take no action ..... NO SURPRISE THEN.
Get pictures of the entry signs and those on posts which are so high high up, you need binoculars to read them.
UKPC are supposed to manage the car park, if they leave the barriers open, they inviting cars to park meaning it's a money scam
Get those pictures and post them on here1 -
Why on earth would you bother? The appeal system is bent. Come back when DCB Legal issue a Claim Form which is easy to beat.GeorgeR1010 said:I have received a parking ticket for parking during restricted hours however in my defence the parking barrier was open and the signs that state such are beyond the cameras which monitor your entrance
