Sofa creases

Hi forum, I bought a new leather sofa fairly recently. Over the past week, I’ve noticed that the seat which I sit on (it’s a 2 seater), has developed a couple of creases which run from the very back almost to the front of the cushion. 

What, if anything can I do to smooth those out? My concern is that they will worsen as time goes on. The other cushion, which isn’t used, is as smooth as silk.

The leather stretches
I don’t think you can unstretch it
If it gets bad you can get new foam in the cushions
That will sort it for a while
But all leather stretches
Cheaper thinner leather quite quickly

Are they removable cushions? If so, it's worth swapping them round regularly to even out the wear.

And if you can flip them over as well, even better.
