Sorry to jump in on the post - Just opened a pot at 4.75% with 5k , does the £500 a month  have to paid in every  month or a calender month after account was opened ( the pot was opened yesterday ) .. Thanks

At least £500 a month (a Zopa bonus account month, not necessarily a calendar month) must be deposited in your Zopa current account to be eligible for the 4.75% savings rate. This money can be deposited by yourself or a third party, e.g. employer etc., and does not have to stay in the account for more than a second or two.

In the app, you will see a message telling you whether you qualify for the 4.75% for the next month.

For example, if you sign up to the Challenge on 05 November 2025, you will automatically receive the Bonus Rate on your easy access Smart Saver pots from that date up to 04 December 2025. In order to qualify for the Bonus Rate from 05 December 2025 to 04 January 2026, you will need to pay at least £500 into your Zopa account between 05 November 2025 to 04 December 2025.

To start the boost offer, you need to look for the jammy dodger (biscuit) icon on the home page and launch it from there - it doesn't happen automatically, even after adding the £500 to the Biscuit account. I needed to update my Zopa app for the biscuit icon to appear.
When I added the £500 the pots updated immediately
Had you formally launched the offer before you added the £500 though ? I hadn't, so adding £500 to the Biscuit account didn't increase my Access pot bonus rate until I'd formally launched the offer (I can't remember exactly but I'd imagine that involved accepting the offer T&Cs)

As I have a ZOPA RS I cannot open a Boosted (4.75%) account. However, if I close the RS and wait 30 days I can then open the Booster, I am wondering whether it is worth closing the RS as the Boosted may be withdraw by then?

I have the Zopa 300 a month 7.10% RS and a boosted savings account at 4.75% (which requires 500 a month to be deposited, but not necessarily kept, in the "Biscuit" current account)

I've also got the RS and have the boosted savings account. If it's not available in your app, update it and see if it appears then. Some people have reported they've had to delete and re-install the app. All I had to do was update my app to get the boost.

That doesn't sound right - I also have the RS as well as the 4.75% one, and I have not seen anything from Zopa which prohibits the 4.75% one for people who have their RS.

Check you have the latest app version.

Is there any way to set auto payments of £300 per month from the primary saving account to the regular saver, or can it only be done from the biscuit account?
