Which? Power of Attorney Service - Scotland

I contacted by MSP who contacted the Office of Public Guardian (Scotland) and the Minister of Social Care and Mental Wellbeing on my behalf. There seems no appetite to change this system in Scotland. I am reluctant to use the My Scottish Attorney website suggested by others as the Citizen's Advice website says
'It's not usually a good idea to use the pre-printed forms which you can get in shops or online.'
I think we should have access to a Government system that oversees the process and we know we can trust.

both my husband and myself used that site and the documents were accepted with no problems.
The website has been set up by a lawyer with many years experience., not some anonymous source.
Which is not a government source, but you wanted to use it.Which is a not for profit charity which receives no government funding
Your alternative is to use a lawyer to do it.
