Disrepair, Black Mould, Private tenancy

TL;DR: I'm a private tenant that lives with black mould on their bedroom. Multiple contact attempts with landlord, no proper fix so far.
TL;DR2: Lived there for 2y9mo, contract ends in 5mo but I'd like to leave early.
I've lived in a private tenancy property for 2 years and 9 months. With black mould.
I've had multiple attempts at contacting the landlord for a proper fix and he gave me a dehumidifier, installed a tiny fan over my bedrest and painted the closet with "anti mould paint".
The mould hasn't stopped at all since.
It's mostly on my bedroom, behind my bed rest and on the bedroom closet.
It destroyed multiple sets of clothes, a bed frame and I constantly spray it with HG spray almost on a monthly basis.
Now, im ALLERGIC to mould and my partner has asthma.
I sent my landlord a formal complaint about the situation and all that resulted in is his contractor coming to install another tiny ventilator fan.
My contract ends in less than 5 months and it's an Assured Shorthold Tenancy, no break clause.
My questions are:
1 - Can I live early? And would that cost me anything?
2 - How to get help to stay living here breathing BLACK MOULD daily?
3 - How to be taken seriously by my landlord? Do I have to take him to small claims to be heard?
4 - I also never say the money for all the damage the mould has caused. I had another disrepair situation that I had to finance cause bro isn't bothered.

What is the cause of the mould? Are you ventilating and heating properly? Drying clothes inside?0
