Anyone here know what the problem is as it doesn't seem to be affecting other banks.

Service Status page states no planned maintenance but that both services are unavailable - no indication why0 -
Android at least is displaying a message saying the mobile app is temporarily unavailable and to use phone banking
The co-op service status was updated just after 12 to say online banking and mobile banking are unavailableSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

That are useless happens all the time but don’t expect any kind of real information or what actually happened just canned responses. They truly are useless and hopeless…
