Hi All. I would to ask if anyone is signed up with “ With Energy “. They provide heating to large blocks of flats. The daily standing charge has gone from< £1 to £5 daily. Is this legal ? Individual tenants aren’t able to switch suppliers. Any advise, help great fully received. Thanks.

Is this a heating network? They are currently a bit of a wild west but that standing charge is wilder than most. They are going to regulated by Ofgem come January: https://www.ofgem.gov.uk/energy-regulation/low-carbon/heat-networksAlison1962 said:Hi All.
