Clothing company Old London

I have recently purchased a Callaway half zipped golf top from a company called Old London. It has taken 4 weeks to be delivered and is an obvious fake. Cheap polyester, no Callaway logo on inside of collar and no labels stating where it was made and washing instructions etc. also about 5 sizes too small. I have emailed them and they want me to send the item back to China before I get a refund, at my own cost. I've stated the SADFART rules to them but they won't listen. Also, the address in London they give on the website is false. Do I have a chance to get my money back or am I going to have to put the this down as a bad experience and research a company more going forward?
TIA

Their website screams Chinese company, although their terms of service say their governing laws are India.

No real prospect of getting anything back. You need to do your due diligence prior to purchase.

If it was advertised as "Callaway" & is a fake, then contact Callaway & get proof from them that it is fake/counterfeit.
If you can get that they you can go to your bank if card payment & do a chargeback for counterfeit goods. No need to send back either.

That's just not true. OP how did you pay?
Chances are a card, and therefore chargeback can be used.

If OP did a direct bank transfer than a refund is not so likely.

Plus unsurprisingly BACS transfer isnt one of the listed methods of payment

You need proof of return to claim a  chargeback.

. Otherwise follow what born again advised, which is not just make a chargeback.

Not for fake goods... it's illegal to post counterfeit goods so banks arent going to ask people to send goods back when they can prove it's a fake.

Which is what born again advised and I referred to  in my answer.

You need to get proof it is a fake.
