Preferably not email,  too many went missing causing default judgments,  so it's been cut down to relevant paragraphs that don't include banned characters,  which you added in but Mcol won't accept 

Less is more, direct copy and paste is easier,  quicker,  less mistakes,  instantly logged, no human interaction required,  no default CCJ,  no postal problems,  probably a few other good reasons too

I hope you removed those spurious and banned characters   ?

Hello I hope you are well on this beautiful sunny Sunday morning and are well rested with that extra hour of sleep!

I have removed the characters @Gr1pr and my defence is submitted. 

Just a matter of checking again tomorrow as it is not a working day today. And then waiting...
