Hello @Gr1pr thank you for the editing and space saving name removal. The hashtags are indeed VRP, address etc. So no emailing the defence now then?0

Preferably not email, too many went missing causing default judgments, so it's been cut down to relevant paragraphs that don't include banned characters, which you added in but Mcol won't accept
Less is more, direct copy and paste is easier, quicker, less mistakes, instantly logged, no human interaction required, no default CCJ, no postal problems, probably a few other good reasons too
I hope you removed those spurious and banned characters ?3 -
Hello I hope you are well on this beautiful sunny Sunday morning and are well rested with that extra hour of sleep!
I have removed the characters @Gr1pr and my defence is submitted.
Just a matter of checking again tomorrow as it is not a working day today. And then waiting...
Thank you for all your help1 -

Hello I am very sorry for delay in replying. I have health problems. Yes I submitted the defence. It is now just allocated to county court near me. I requested a SAR from UKCPM which shows categorically they never issued me with either parking ticket. My defence is this as proof of NTK because there were no tickets. It also shows the other tickets they have issued. When I do my witness statement do I include the defence for these tickets or do I wait for UKCPM to take me to court for the others? Thank you so much for all your help on these boards

What do you mean:
"which shows categorically they never issued me with either parking ticket".
They don't have to affix one to the windscreen.

You can only refer to the case on the table but, when it comes to a hearing of its own, you can use cause of action estoppel and refer to Henderson v Henderson providing both cases are aligned (i.e same parking situation).

Hello Coupon mad I hope you're having a lovely Saturday.
Backstory - UKCPM have previously issued me four residential parking tickets. The first two I appealed as they were a few days apart and for the same reason. I appealed to them directly and lost, then appealed via IAS and lost. Didn't know what a waste of time it was until I found this forum. I was given a further two tickets, the same reason as each other but not as the first two. Then I received court papers about two tickets and I put in the relevant papers at right times (thanks to this forum) but the national centre lost them so I resubmitted them. Had mediation, not settled.
Currently - Case has been allocated to county court but no date. So ukcpm are taking me to court for two tickets they have not given me - neither of the ones above. The SAR shows neither of these tickets on there. This is my proof of no notice to keeper, and no debt recovery letters. The claim shows two different pcns. But the SAR also shows the other parking tickets which I am going to fight too.
Does that make more sense? I just wondered whether I need to argue the tickets as the SAR is my evidence or leave it until they take me to court next time. That sounds flippant but it isn't meant to be. All four tickets are fightable.
Thank you for your help

Hello Le_Kirk, The tickets are all residential tickets but not for the same reason. The two I'm being taken to court for do not exist. Thank you for your help
