You could well be right, it should still be hidden in their somewhere, but it is a red-herring in this case as it is never going to have drifted far enough to cause the issue the OP is reporting.

Just to point out that the menus on Aclara meters (in the SGM 1400 range, at least) are configurable by the supplier, so what's available on one may be different from what's available on another installed by a different supplier.On my own OVO-installed SGM 1416-B, with Credit Mode selected on the 'A' menu, Date and Time are options 2 and 3 on the 'B' menu. The meter's clock is currently 35 seconds fast compared with my kitchen MSF radio-controlled clock.

[Fun fact: The current transmitter in Cumbria took over from the original one in Rugby in 2007. The Rugby transmitter's callsign was MSF, where 'M' is one of the ITU prefixes allocated to the United Kingdom, and the letters 'SF' were allocated for no documented reason. Ah, that's very helpful!

On my SGM1412-B, if I press "B" to cyle the display to say "Credit mode", I can then press "A" and get the date and time.

Thanks I manged to.find the  clock and it is showing correct time. Still doesn't explain where is my boiler usage gone from the night rate 🫩

Have you had a chance to check your consumption charts on the Octopus website?

May well have been 'Master Standard Frequency'.
