You could well be right, it should still be hidden in their somewhere, but it is a red-herring in this case as it is never going to have drifted far enough to cause the issue the OP is reporting.QrizB said:^ Is that not the date and time of the credit top-up, rather than the current date and time?

Just to point out that the menus on Aclara meters (in the SGM 1400 range, at least) are configurable by the supplier, so what's available on one may be different from what's available on another installed by a different supplier. On my own OVO-installed SGM 1416-B, with Credit Mode selected on the 'A' menu, Date and Time are options 2 and 3 on the 'B' menu. The meter's clock is currently 35 seconds fast compared with my kitchen MSF radio-controlled clock.
[Fun fact: The current transmitter in Cumbria took over from the original one in Rugby in 2007. The Rugby transmitter's callsign was MSF, where 'M' is one of the ITU prefixes allocated to the United Kingdom, and the letters 'SF' were allocated for no documented reason. This resulted in the common terminology "the MSF signal", which is still used by the NPL. See Time and frequency MSF radio signal - NPL]I'm not being lazy ...
I'm just in energy-saving mode.3 -

Yes and I can't figure it out really. It's on for 2 hours but it shows only one hour of usage like 0.5 and 0.4kwh . This boiler is 3kwh so it should be using around 6kwh for the duration used. This is how my bills for the past 3 years have been with the old boiler which was the same - around 130-150kwh tatal night usage per month. Now I have only 7kwh for the whole week since I.movedQrizB said:

And do you use it?Are there any high energy use periods at other times of the day on your chart?

I do have hot water yes and use it daily . Nothing abnormal during the day except for 1.6kwh last night at between 11 and 11 30 when we were all asleep. I'll keep monitoring for now not much I can do . I may try to use all the hot water and see if usage will increase somehow.QrizB said:Auroraatkinson said:
