IVA with Harrington Brooks

Hi

Looking for some advice

I previously had and IVA with Harrington Brooks with was completed in 2017 but my credit file is showing the IVA was satisfied in 2020

I have spoken with the company who took over the Harrington Brooks accounts (Financial Wellbeing Group) and although they can confirm i had an account with Harrington Brooks they are not able to provide any evidence in was completed in 2017

Is it standard practice that 3 years after the IVA was completed it is then marked as completed on a credit file which then takes 6 years to be removed?

Or can i evidence when it was completed in 2017 another way?
