DCB LEGAL, PARKING EYE court claim

Good morning, I've received 7 letters from DRP and DCBL for multiple  airport drop offs (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stanstead) I've started a new taxi job and completely forgot to pay but have not received any letters apart from the ones I have mentioned (our apartment building has had issues with theft and posties not turning up - not sure if that matters) I have had a read through the forums and to be honest I'm either totally overwhelmed or I am to stupid to understand what I've read, so I am here asking for some help of what my next steps should be. really panicking as the total amount across all the letters is over £1000. Please guide me, thank you

Hi, so I've just had a court letter come through this morning, for a pcn back in 2021

Post a redacted picture of the latest letter below, after redacting the claim reference number, your name and address, the VRM details and the password, so redact 4 personal items before posting the picture

We only need to see the redacted claim form, not the rest of the paperwork

So its a Parking Eye case via DCB Legal, issue date 14th August 2026 , incident date was 2021 , actual alleged breach not pleaded

Please edit your thread title to something more suitable like

Study the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, then study the 1st post in the defence template thread in announcements too

ANOTHER "ADDED DAMAGES" CLAIM FROM DCBLL ?

WHAT DAMAGES ?

DCBL cannot spell Debt Collection and they are misleading the court and you …. NO SUCH THING

As this is a Parkingeye case they should reflect on their Supreme Court Case whereby the court ruled that the amount of the Parking charge was set to operate the scheme … IE: NO FAKE CHARGES as applied by DCBL

All court judges know all about the Supreme court ruling and will know the added £70 FAKE

Most courts will NOT allow the interest especially on top of the fake
