Can't get cashback from super.com

Just booked a hotel in Birmingham through super.com for the first time. They offered a £10 cashback, but looks like you can only get the cashback if you're a member, which costs £11 per month (that wasn't mentioned up front). Anyone else used this website and got cashback ?

That cashback usually sits behind their membership wall. Many people only realise after booking because the small print hides it. You can still message their support and ask for the charge to be waived or the booking cancelled if the offer was unclear. Some have had luck showing screenshots of the promo.
