County Court Claim Incorrect VRM DCB Legal - Eurocarparks
ricelife
Long story short, received a County Court letter from DCB Legal on behalf of Eurocarparks due to having the first 2 letters of the VRM missing.
Ultimately the car park operator got the money they sought for the parking but still went ahead with the claim.
When filing the defence using the template , should anything be added or removed due this specific scenario?

ECP via DCB Legal, standard stuff, but check who signed the claim form on the back near the top
Use the template defence, adapt paragraph 3 and post it below
Your defence deadline for MCOL entry is Wednesday 5th November at 4pm, as long as you have completed your AOS online first on MCOL, it needs doing ASAP if not done already

Read other recent ECP defences on here over the last 3 or 4 weeks , especially if SE signed it on the back ? ( so not DC ) and especially where they received full payment because their machines are noted for missing VRM details1 -
With an issue date of 03/10/25 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 08/10/25 and before 22/10/25 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 05/11/25 1
