Hello everyone, i received today letter from dcbl , i neen parked my car at ada parking station for 15min in the morning( before i go to the hospital) i been parking here many times, maybe fine because i parked in the morning ( around 6 -7am but problem is no barriers there and now after 1 year they send me this letter. Thsnk you al!

It's not a fine - it's an invoice.
The car park in question looks like it's 2 hours free, but I guess it may be for customers only.
Have you appealed?
Did you get an original windscreen ticket?
Have you had any previous communications?
It looks like an ANPR car park - could it be that you visited twice in the same day?

If you stayed less than 2 hours it seems they're relying on "unauthorised parking", which is meaningless without times and is overridden by the prominent 2 hours clause anyway.
Ignore DCBL and the DCB Legal letters that will follow, but look out for a claim form from the county court and then come back here for help.
DCB Legal/Highview will discontinue anyway, but I don't see how those shoddy signs are clear enough anyway.Make sure your vehicle V5 document is up to date with your correct address.3 -
Hey sorry for late replay, no i didn't get any ticket, i parked max for 15min that i remember 100% ,we parked with my wife in the morning and she drive back home and i just walked on my own to the hospital i aways go asda and buy something to get free ticket.
