Could I get some advice of how best to move this forward.
I found a bad debt marker on my credit file from BG. I raised a complaint with the EO.
The EO has found two areas that require remedy from BG but has not found in favour of removing the marker.
I don't agree with the outcome and challenged it, it has been passed as 'decision made' and will not review the complaint.
Should I just accept it and move or is there another way to progress this? The EO is going to close my case regardless so I feel like it is a fait accompli in terms of the outcome with the EO.
I am just truly miffed having spent a long, long time resolving my energy bills with BG (previous EO claim due to dodgy smart meter).
Is this going to continue to negatively impact my credit file? I have had some adverse credit in the past and worked really hard to put this right - it is undoing this work that has really got my goat.
Any thoughts on what to do before I click the 'Accept' button?

why was the marker added in the first place?
you can ask for a notice to be put onto your file so that potential lender see the explanation if they need to.1
