If the following link can be believed the entire ward of Pleaseley is high risk. From my perspective that would eliminate that entire area from my search parameters.

However, I am not representative of the general population who from what I can gather, are not particularly cognizant of this factor when property hunting. Other factors must be at play in Pleaseley.0 -

I'm not familiar with the area but from Google maps the location seems pretty handy. Does Pleasely have a poor reputation?0 -

All of the bungalows look great but you would definitely need to be driving still. Where do you go for your main shopping? Is there good public transport? Nice place to swim? Good dentists etc? Could you ask the EA to add it to your description?
PS I have wondered about letting my place as an Airbnb. I'm in Warkworth, a very popular coastal village in Northumberland. Is that an option for you? I know this place was a rental for some years, I need to look at the deeds.£216 saved 24 October 20141 -
My daughter's house in Belfast has been rented out to Doctors while she is in Canada. She's just phone me tonight and her future MIL went round with some post yesterday, no-one was in, and she peered through the front window. She said every surface in the lounge is covered in dirty dishes and glasses. She's horrified. I know that some people that work in aseptic environments can be filthy at home, my flat mate was a theatre nurse and her bedroom was grim! And god help me if she'd been in the kitchen first!£216 saved 24 October 20140
