Roof replacement help

Hey, looking for some advice, I am currently having my roof replaced. They have put on the membrane and the wooden batons and told me it was water tight. The tiles are due to come later on in the week. However I went in the loft and there is water everywhere. All of the main beams are wet and some areas it’s even dropping on the floor. They say it’s because of the holes around the nails for the batons and condensation but surely the membrane should be at least slightly water proof. They say it’s not a problem. But the situation is making me nervous. I also think it will need a dehumidified to dry it but they say it will just dry.
I’m out of my depth and don’t really know what to do and whether this is ok?

It's not going to be completely water tight until the tiles are on. They deflect 99.6% of the water off the roof0

I your 2nd set of photos the 2nd image where the nail protrudes out of the rafters that is a large nail for a roof batten as it's nearly as long as the rafters depth.
Also when they are finished you or them may have to go and remove or move some of the insulation that looks like it's blocking the air flow where the fascia and soffit will be.0
